    Responsibilities

    Responsible for entering and maintaining production on order and providing administrative support to product teams

     

    Purchase Order Creation - Using Production Planning system in combination with size break-downs from the Allocation Dept. to create Purchase Orders. The Orders are created in the financial system and then sent to the various suppliers who supply finished goods to Express.

     

    Maintain and make revisions to Purchase Orders – Making adjustments to ship dates, anticipated in DC dates, costing changes, freight methods, sku info, and order types.

     

     

    Attend weekly Vendor Follow Up meetings for known updates to current product on order to allow for a broader view of what is changing in the dept and to reduce the amount of communication needed to enact those changes on Purchase Orders

     

    Ensure 100% accuracy between Pre Production system and Purchase Order system

     

    Essential Requirements

     

    • Education: High School Graduate.  Some College preferred.
    • Experience:  Microsoft Office – Excel and Access

    • Detail oriented and high level of accuracy
    • Ability to work well in team environment
    • Ability to multi task
    • Ability to prioritize
    • Sense of urgency
    • Computer skills – Microsoft office (Excel – Access)
